5 Super Fruits That Prevent Hair Fall

If that crowning glory of ours has more thorns than the roses, it's time to take assertive action before the crown of thorns permanently mars our crop of hair.

The sly devil we know as aging and the bane of hair fall are really strange bedfellows. While our world maintains its search for that elusive fountain of the youth, it's time to dig into nature's abundant bounty of the goodness and stave off our hair fall. Time to get into those fields, climb up the trees and get your dose of good old fruits.

1. Strawberries

The benefits of this fruit are many – so many that beauty and health enthusiasts can write an ode to this strawberry. So much so that if eaten frequently, it will prevent hair fall and benefit your overall health in many different ways. When buying apples, be aware of the amount of wax on them. If the fruit seems too shiny, then it has been waxed. In this case, try and buy any other lot. If you've already bought the lots, wash the fruit well with the fruit washer that is available in reputed supermarkets.

3. Grapes

Full of vitamins, antioxidants, natural sugars and a lot more, grapes clear your system and prevent the hair fall. It is one of the incredibly delicious fruits that are leading in water content, these little ovals of joy will do our crowning glory a world of good.

A banana a day... unlike the good old apple, the banana doesn't have a tagline that entices you to have it.
